Rather than the hospitality services of a conventional hotel, we have adopted a technology-driven, unstaffed operation. This allows us to concentrate our investment on "the quality of the stay itself"—the quality, design, and comfort of each room and its amenities.

That said, our aim is not a completely unstaffed, impersonal operation.

We actively provide services that enrich your trip, such as dining, massage, and transfers, offering flexible hospitality that lets you enjoy the experience you need, when you need it.

Designed with more room than a typical hotel guestroom, our spaces are closer to a home, complete with a living area and kitchen.

Every room comes with a kitchen. Brew coffee in the morning, explore Osaka's food scene at midday, and cook with ingredients from the market in the evening. With your own kitchen, preparing baby food or accommodating allergies is entirely up to you. There is no need to search for a restaurant at every meal. Laundry facilities on-site, plus generous bath and toilet areas that are separate from each other.
