Our culture
Being multinational, diversity has naturally taken root here.
While organizations everywhere are urged to build diverse teams, at HIWIN diversity emerged naturally. It is essential for an organization that keeps growing, yet it cannot be created easily.
HIWIN has the kind of culture that every company longs for.
01
At HIWIN, speed is not merely a guiding principle but a culture rooted in the organization itself. Internal communication centers on chat, responses are fast, and decisions are made on the spot. There are no detailed reports or multi-stage approval flows. "Act first, think while you run." This sense of speed has supported our rapid business growth from 23 properties to around 60. Rather than hesitating and standing still, we value taking that first step forward. That is the atmosphere of HIWIN.
02
At HIWIN, Chinese and Japanese members work side by side. The overwhelming sense of speed and bold ideas of our Chinese members, and the precision and meticulous spirit of service of our Japanese members. Turning these different strengths into multiplication rather than conflict is what makes HIWIN's organization so fascinating. Precisely because open and straightforward communication is the norm, differences in nationality and background become a driving force rather than a source of friction.
03
At HIWIN, each member is given significant discretion. This is an environment where you are expected not just to carry out assigned tasks but to think for yourself about "what should be done" and take action. Because the business is in a phase of rapid expansion, there are often no established manuals or precedents. That is exactly why there is a real sense of your own ideas directly reshaping the business. It is not titles or years of service, but those who think and act who are valued most. That is how we work at HIWIN.
Our Career
Our office has relocated to Quartz Shinsaibashi, a newly built building in the heart of Osaka directly connected to Shinsaibashi Station.
A coworking space is also available, creating an environment that makes it easy to work.
Create a comfortable environment for yourself.
If you can live our organizational culture of "thinking while you run," taking initiative and adapting as you go can help you stay in control of your work.
Work by thinking for yourself rather than waiting to be told what to do.
Because this is a company that encourages exactly that, you can achieve both fulfilling work and a healthy work-life balance.

Code of Conduct
"Integrity,"one step at a time
Keep small promises and build bonds of trust.
From the "front line,"make it better
Resolve inconveniences from the customer's perspective and build up daily improvements.
As a "professional,"master your craft
Take pride like an artisan and deliver high quality and speed, stripped of all waste.
Enjoy "change."
Actively learn from what is good and evolve, excited by the challenge of the unknown.
Think "smart,"and act on your own
Keep asking "why?" and aim for efficient growth that produces multiple results from a single action.
We define a "leader" as someone who can guide and grow their peers toward achieving goals,
and we ask for the following six behaviors.
01
Speed of Absorption
Start as a novice. Within three months, absorb enough to speak as an equal with the experts in the field.
02
Lead by Example
Show it by doing it yourself. Become a leader others want to follow.
03
Support Decision-Making
Rather than deciding yourself, curate and deliver information so that management can decide as fast as possible.
04
Improvement from the Front Line
Discover problems from the front line and lead the improvements.
05
Give First
Everything begins by giving. Wish for your peers' happiness and, with compassion, offer from yourself first.
06
Turn Insight into Immediate Action
When you notice something, act before overthinking. Don't wait for perfection; try small and improve as you run.
