Among the people who work here at HIWIN, those in their 20s and 30s make up roughly 80 percent of the workforce. Our president and vice president are also in their 30s, and as we move into a stage of accelerating growth, we are building an organization that can achieve its goals with the sense of speed that matters most—flexibly adapting tactics along the way.
