About HIWIN
HIWIN is an apartment hotel operator newly established out of the AND CLAN Inc. group.
Based in Osaka, we develop our own brand, "Apartment Hotel 11 (Eleven)." By handling land development, design, construction, and operation entirely within our own group, we deliver high-quality accommodation facilities.
Unlike typical private lodging (minpaku), we offer a new style of stay called the "apartment hotel"—one that maintains the quality standards and service levels of a hotel while combining the comfort and freedom of living in your own home.
Whether for travel or business, we create accommodations that answer the modern need to "stay as if you live there."

We maintain a network that lets us import furniture and equipment directly from China, achieving costs at roughly half of what domestic procurement in Japan would require. Leveraging our negotiating power in the native language, we procure quickly and on favorable terms.
In Osaka, where the inbound market continues to expand, we have a track record of operating 60 facilities and plans to grow to around 100. We offer investment opportunities that combine high quality, high yield, and high occupancy.
